OPETH To Play Israel In November

Swedish progressive metallers OPETH will perform at the Hall 11A Exhibition Grounds in Tel Aviv, Israel on November 10.

Austria's Stormbringer.at webzine conducted an interview with OPETH guitarist/vocalist Mikael Åkerfeldt at this year's Brutal Assault festival, which was held August 6-8, 2009 in Pevnost, Josefov, Czech Republic. Watch the chat below.

OPETH will take part in the European installment of DREAM THEATER's Progressive Nation tour, set to take place throughout September, October and November 2009. Also appearing on the bill are UNEXPECT and BIGELF.

The OPETH three-CD box set called "The Candlelight Years", featuring the band's first three albums, was released in Europe on July 13 via Candlelight Records.
